Brown Butter Caramel 'Hope' Cookie

This is a gluten free cookie that my sister Hope (who has celiac disease) taught me to bake. Coincidentally, it's also the cookie that gave me hope for the future happiness of people who can't have gluten. Taste-testers often declared this the best tasting cookie, even compared to those with regular flour!

Brown Butter Caramel 'Hope' Cookie

Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour (Sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, arrowroot starch, sorghum flour and xanthan gum.), Butter (Cream, Salt), Cane Sugar, Brown Sugar (Cane sugar, molasses), Caramel Bits (Sugar, Corn Syrup, Liquid Sugar, Skim Milk, Palm Oil, Butter (Cream, Salt), Salt, Mono- And Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin), Egg, Vanilla Extract (Vanilla Bean Extractives in Water, and Alcohol), Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt (Salt, Calcium Silicate, Dextrose, Potassium Iodide)
